FAQ

If you don’t see a question being answered, by all means call or email us!

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU WHEN PLACING A FILE WITH YOU?

This is a critical question. The correct information, or a wrong letter on a name, can mean the difference of finding someone. Typically it’s easiest if you send us an EXCEL format spreadsheet.
A. Make sure we have the debtor’s complete name including middle initial, and any AKA names as well.
B. An updated address or last known address, once again, critical.
C. Social Security Number
D. Date of Birth [ Additional charges may apply if you do not have this ]
E. Phone number of debtor [ If applicable ]

2. HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY COMPARE TO OTHERS?

The difference between our company and other companies like the Work Number, is that the Work Number only reports information from major corporations. Dr. Lee’s Dentistry won’t be reporting to the Work Number, and neither will David’s Auto and Body Shop.
Many of our other competitors use databases to search for parties, which is fine, but often databases give outdated and old information, we just prefer not to use them. Once again, accuracy, communication, and customer service have gotten us a long way.

3. HOW SECURE IS THE PRIVATE INFORMATION I AM SENDING YOU?

Please click on the SECURITY tab for more information on this important subject.

4. AM I CHARGED IF YOU FAIL TO LOCATE A JOB FOR MY DEBTOR?

No. How long has your Judgment / Collections portfolio been dormant?

5. WHAT IF INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDED IS NOT CORRECT?

We are not perfect, and no company is for that matter. If the debtor was fired or left their job PRIOR to us providing you with their information, we will happily issue you a refund by certified check within 10 business days. We will require you to provide us proof of when they left.

6. DO I NEED A CIVIL JUDGMENT / CHILD SUPPORT ORDER, TO USE YOUR SERVICES?

Yes, due to privacy laws, we cannot search for employment information on individuals who are not considered judgment debtors, or those who are not being searched for collection purposes.
